About the Founder
Umber + Onyx was founded by Kameisha Hodge, a communications strategist with over a decade of experience in corporate and nonprofit institutions, education systems, and leadership environments.
Kameisha’s work sits at the intersection of executive voice, organizational culture, and racial equity. She created the Communicate on Purpose™ system to shift how language, leadership, and culture work to create organizational cohesion.
